Morphology :
herpes simplex virus morphology consists of: virus particles (virions) shaped like an envelope, a nucleocapsid, a tegument, and the core. Diameter of Virions 120-200 nm. Teguments do not display a structure and proteins. capsid composed of 162 hexagonal capsomers.The core suddenly stand up of a fibrillar spool,on DNA package. Fiber end nether of the capsid shell.
